FIELDTECH Oil Service & Engineering Co., Ltd. (the “Company”), a company incorporated and valid existing under the law of China, an IADC member, a subsidiary of the FIELDTECH Holding Limited which is listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange on April 21st, 2011. The Company is committed to providing customers at home and abroad with oil engineering technologies and services. The Company is incorporated on July 2008 with a registered capital of RMB 80 million, with its headquartered is located in the core area of the Beijing Central Business District .

As an IADC member, FIELDTECH Oil Service & Engineering Co., Ltd. is focused on onshore drilling and workover engineering operations, oil engineering and technical services, and the export of casing pipes and other pipes all over the world.

    As an international drilling contractor, the Company is well versed in the oil and gas business and has been engaged in overseas operations for many years. At present, it has 15 drilling and workover rigs operating in Turkmenistan, Argentina, Thailand, Venezuela, Iran, and many other countries, providing high quality services for world-famous oil companies like PTT, Emerald, PAM, Andes, Rio Napo, Schlumberger, Talisman, and KOR. The Company has also set up local subsidiaries and branches in many countries and regions.

The onshore drilling and workover operations and engineering and technical services provided by the Company include directional drilling, horizontal drilling, cementing, coring, under-balanced drilling, drilling (completion) fluid, protection and transformation of oil and gas wells, oil equipment assembling and testing, the import and export of oil pipes and other oil equipment parts, among other services.

The Company is divided into 13 departments with delineated functions: The General Manager's Office, Human Resources Department, Marketing Development Department, Production & Operations Department, Safety, Quality Control and Environment Protection Department, Technology Development Department, Drilling Fluid Technology Department, Equipment Management Department, Equipment Assembling Center, Trade Department, Logistics Department, Finance and Business Management Department, and Contract Department. In line with actual need, the Company will consider establishing subsidiaries, branches, or project departments at home or abroad so as to achieve unified and efficient management.

Specifications and performance of the Company’s main equipment: (I) Drilling and workover rigs: FIELDTECH Oil Service & Engineering Co., Ltd. now has 16 drilling and workover rigs, including a 3000HP-ZJ90D drilling rig, 14 workover rigs, 2 sets of ZJ30C, 2 sets of ZJ50DBS, 7 sets of ZJ70D, and 3 sets of XJ-650), and an oil-bailing machine, all manufactured in accordance with high standards, finely configured, strictly commissioned, and supplied with complete sets of spare parts. In order to meet the requirements of various customers in terms of safety, applicability, and standardization, the Company's technicians have selected three of the most well-known domestic manufacturers (Nanyang Second Machinery Petroleum Equipment (Group) Co., Ltd., Baoji Petroleum Machinery Co., Ltd., and Sichuan Honghua Petroleum Equipment Co., Ltd.) to strengthen monitoring and supervision of equipment manufacturing, taking the drilling rigs as the starting point. When the equipment leaves the factory, it still needs to be sent to our equipment assembling center, and the critical components must go through stringent strength, load, pressure, and NDT tests in order to ensure full compliance with API4F, API7K, API8A, API11E, API16A, API16D IADCI, and ISO 9001 requirements, among other requirements. Also, the Company is capable of manufacturing and providing advanced and tailor-made drilling rigs in accordance with market and customer demand. (II) Mud treatment equipment: The Company owns 12 sets of solids control equipment, including advanced vibration sieves, sand removers, mud removers, mid- and high-speed centrifuges, and various mud testing instruments. (III) Well cementing equipment: The Company currently has 2 sets of well cementing equipment for the cementing of vertical, directional, and horizontal wells. (IV) Oil bailing equipment: The Company now has a set of oil bailing equipment engaged in production operations overseas.
